When the air enters the water, it is cut into bubbles with a diameter of 10-100 microns by the turntable.

The sewage to be treated first enters the small aeration section equipped with the aeration aerator through the water inlet. During the rising process of the sewage in the aeration section, it mixes with the microbubbles generated by the aerator to form an air-water mixture. Due to the density imbalance between the air-water mixture and the liquid, a vertical upward buoyancy is generated. During the floating process, the microbubbles attach to the suspended solids, float the suspended solids to the water surface and maintain them on the water surface with the support of the bubbles. They are intermittently pushed from the inlet of the air flotation tank to the outlet by the chain scraper and discharged through the screw conveyor. The purified sewage is discharged through the overflow tank or to the next level of treatment facilities.
